Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard US shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Shipping is free on all subscription orders. One-time purchases ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Delays

Carrier delays can occasionally happen and are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice.
